According to an article from the New York Times, Uganda has recruited a former commander of "The Lord's Resistance Army" headed by Joseph Kony, a possessed man who started the army and one of the most wanted man in Africa. The Ugandan government, aided by the American governmet, has killed or captured half of the LRA. Kony and his army are running and hiding while trying to regroup. The rebels frequently escape through the jungle. However, former Commander Makasi is not fooled, "I know this man," he said. "He’s looking for a place to stay and get strength. He is trying to rebuild."
